Rooms for Easter will be bookable this week, so to stop people from booking cheap rooms for Easter, I guess Accor is blocking Happy Mondays this week.
What they could have done is to black out Easter, but maybe their inventory system cannot cope with this? I'd be annoyed as well, but since you can book Happy Mondays rate 1 week in advance, I tend to do it as soon as possible.
