Also, keep in mind that you'll have to pay the toll to cross the Great Belt Bridge. I wasn't aware of it when I did the exact same journey a few years ago and I remember it to be quite steep (around 40 USD if memory serves correctly).
I guess if we're done with Copenhagen we can leave earlier, although have a constraint on the time we can pick up the car.

And yes, I checked out the toll over the weekend - EUR34 each way but it's not as if we have much choice. At least there are 5 of us in the car and the rental fee was a bargain, which all softens the blow a bit.
