a) 1st stage (Bearing to Samrong) opens May/June 2017.
The BTS Sukhumvit Line southern ext, 1st Phase to Samrong Station, has opened today.
It was going to be free rides from Bearing to Samrong for April but it seems that the PMs comments this morning during the opening ceremony has extended that period for rest of the year.
14) Blue Line west ext to Phutthamonthon sai 4: 8km, 4 stations elevated
Cabinet will approve this extension in the next week or so. If the tender goes smoothly, the MRTA hopes that construction will begin in the 4th quarter of 2017.
