Also the video doesn't show the LINE Pay card being added to Apple Pay, just the Suica app itself.
And I've tried adding other prepaid cards to Apple Pay. I've got a Lawson JCB prepaid and a Cocokara Fine Visa prepaid, and neither can be added. I would be very surprised if this one could.
