You can. You'll have to call up as it will quote it as WT+ Avios online. It'll take some persuasion as the agent will want to charge the offline fee, took over 45mins to get that waived last time.

It's either LHR-AMM with both pax upgraded or LHR-AMM-LHR for one pax, upgraded both ways.
