Ooo just got a text saying that the luggage is coming on flight BA0477. Checked the number and its from BCN arriving tomorrow at 0835.

So the luggage never even left BCN! Was it because they switched my flight and couldn't move it to the new plane? The plane we caught was right next to the original plane, and left BCN almost 1.5hrs after the original one should have left.

What happens once the luggage arrives? Do I arrange a convenient time for them to deliver? I'll be out at work and missus needs to chaperone our son for most of the day so won't be in.
