Right now CIBC have 2 Aventura card with 15K bonus and no annual fee, thinking of booking Christmas trip YVR-IAH, but I can't find out how much points I need for the trip, Max 35K?

Which one is better for this trip, RBC Avion or CIBC Aventura?
