Dudleydog, welcome to Flyertalk.

There is no coupon for the Golden Dragon Restaurant at the HHV, but there is the ENT punch card system for it (e.g., you'd need your card).

If you purchase the ENT book (currently going for $15 shipping included), you'll find that it'll pay for itself with your meal at the Golden Dragon.

Also, there are a few other restaurants in there that are in or around the HHV.
