No problem, jaejaez. I went down the EY route initially (moved to the UAE nearly 7 years ago) but the detrioration in the product/service/EY Guest tipped me over the edge and into QR. I would rate QR Y over EY Y (marginally) but QR J wins hands down every single time. EY is just "amatuer hour" in comparison and frustratingly inconsistent.
