Yeah, I will give that public Twitter blast a try. I have no cost calling globally so that is not the issue. The problem is I have enough US timezone calls to make already and am furious they cannot internally create a ticket to get this done without me making another call at an inconvenient time. Their IT systems (and as a result certain business processes built on top of them) are weak.
