My commentary is accurate. 8 stays in 90 days while requiring top tier status in another chain is harder for some people than Marriott/SPGs no status required. And you are inaccurate. Marriott plat is not 9 stays unless you already have gold. I correctly said it was 15 stays and you are providing incorrect information in response.

And like I said, 8 stays is difficult for certain situations (like the one I listed). So it is difficult for some people and not as difficult for others. Not everyone lives in an area with cheap DTs and garden inns. It's even harder than the average 7.5 stays required normally. But it's not difficult for all people (such as yourself apparently, that I never said). So responding to that and using the 'it's easy for me' as an argument is not logical.
