There's no restrictions on a person allowing someone else to use their service which is part of their paid Tmobile service. Even if I login in, it's still considered the Tmobile customer to be the one logged in. The upgrade though would mean that the passenger is actually pretending to be someone else to get a benefit that is not transferable as its not owned by the elite. Logging into Gogo with Tmobile of someone else doesn't mean I'm saying I'm that person. Just means I have their permission to use their paid for service.
