Abu Dhabi resident here and I wholeheartedly recommend the Citibank Prestige Mastercard. There is currently a referral bonus offer where you get 600 AED credit and I would get 300 AED credit. If you are interested, please send me a PM.

You also get free QR Gold status through this card (not widely known or advertised) so definitely useful for the QCredits and progress towards Platinum.
