Beyond the last operator which I believe was Merpati Nusantara, there are not a lot to choose from: factory deliveries only went to BEA (later BA) and Trans-Canada (later Air Canada); most were converted to cargo haulers, so I'm not sure how many secondary/tertiary passenger airlines may have picked them up in the interim
