Only 2 times out of 12 stays since this Jan. No wonder I was given 2 times since they are all in Asian properties...... Notable incident was in TPE. I was supposed to use Complementary Suite Upgrade Certificate, however I lost it somewhere upon arrival I explained to young GC agent and she said no idea. She looks cooperative and try to mange , but senior GC agent come to order her "No way !" Then senior GC agent told me "There is no Suite room available today". Hmmm... After I checked in Deluxe Room, I called Front Desk to ask them "Do you have Suite Room today ?". They clearly answered "Yes, we have various type of Suite Room today. Would you like to change the room ?"
