Is it possible that even if CBSA asked this guy where he was going and he said he was in transit to Sydney, Australia, that they would either have dropped it there (Dutch nationals don't need visas or anything to get in) or that they might have looked at his 2nd BP or itinerary and not noticed that it was Sydney, NS themselves?
