They can't fit C+ on those aircraft unless they reconfigure them with slimline seats. I'm willing to bet that they're simply going to make the first row C+ just like all of the other airlines. Since these flights are short anyway, there really isn't any change in service from what they were doing before besides the free alcohol.
That's exactly what they did, as covered in the other thread

it's just a change of headrest cover and a dedicated overhead bin, no extra legroom.
