Yeah, the names are the best part of these -- I especially like when they sign it as "Director Firstname Lastname" or "Manager Firstname Lastname" because that makes it extra official and important!

I am talking this specific one. Delta.com is sending you an email that you booked something and you didn't. I'd never click on anything in it.

And yah everyone will fall for something. It happens. Just talking about this particular one.
You'd never click on it, but other people would. The scammers don't need it to work on everyone or even most people.
