Hi there, Apologies if this has been covered. I've searched through the threads and haven't seen anything.

I wanted to book my ticket via the alaska website but I'm not seeing the ability to book a MCS fare. Is this only available through the Virgin website? Would this also mean I wouldn't be able to upgrade online to first class before the flight as virgin normally allows?
