I just spent 2 nights here as a Plat. Overall the hotel is very nice. As far as elite recognition, I didn't get much. Of course I had free high speed internet and free breakfast (which was exceptional - one of the best breakfast buffet's I have ever had. You can also order off the menu). The hotel was just about sold out while I was there so I didn't even get a room with a nice view - we overlooked a cement building. The hotel did send up a fee macaroons for my birthday which was nice. It's in a great location - easy walk to everything. Beautiful, historic building. All interactions with staff were pleasant. I wasn't there long and didn't interact with much staff though, so I can't speak as to some of the service issues others had. I would 100% return.
