And yes, I think the beauty of Norwegian is that it is low cost but with
effort to ensure a good passenger experience - with the branding, the service, the meals, etc. And that's why they can attract customers long haul. BA is not just competing with Norwegian on price - they are competing on brand. BA delivers less than what the customer is expecting, and Norwegian delivers more.
