Do you mean literally "J" (full-fare Business), or do you mean any Business fare (I,J,etc)? And do you mean one-way or round trip? I suspect "I" and one-way are the only way you stand a chance of hitting your price range on QR.

The 2nd question is easily answered by the QR table. With QR you're flying LAX-DOH-SIN which is 12,162 miles. And EQD is 20% for I, so earn 2432.

EQD for other destinations is left as an exercise for the reader.

And if you meant CX -- a more logical choice for SIN -- both I and J are 25% with LAX-HKG-SIN being 8,847 miles.
