My credit posted in the app as expected, but my spouse's didn't -- despite being an entirely separate AmEx Platinum personal cardholder, not an AU on my account.
We've removed and re-added the card to no avail. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm hoping to get it sorted out soon so we can use both credits today before they expire!
