Hopefully someone with experience can help me.

In the past I have been able to book a second room for my kids at 50% of the BAR. I can not find this offer mentioned anywhere in the HH T&Cs, have spoken to one HH agent on Chat and another on the phone and neither were aware of the offer.

Can anyone advise if they have experience of booking this option recently?
