Wow. I can't believe this turned into a wiki!

One thing I discovered after guesting in a seat mate who had been very kind to her fellow passengers and, like me, had a long layover, is that it could be a good idea for people guesting to explain that aside from the paid meals/beverages, everything else in the club is complimentary for members/guests. My guest was reluctant to grab some snacks but did so after I remembered that this needed to be explained. Some people really don't care to spend $8 on an airport latte
