I'm pretty sure Lufthansa is not serving weisswurst in curry sauce on its Heathrow flights.
Does anyone eat scotch eggs outside the UK? Or indeed outside a few grotty pubs in the North?
NB - nothing against grotty pubs in the north, I spent my childhood in them, but still ....
1) You can buy scotch eggs in Japan.
2) weisswurst in curry sauce would go down very well on LHR flights - it is sausage and curry, what is there not to like for the Brits?
3) As someone from north of the M25, your pub comment is rather harsh and inappropriate.
