And yes, the pricing does change if I book for more than one night, and not for the better. I checked booking a stay for nights 1-2 and nights 2-3. In each case Hilton wanted 38k. But night 2 by itself is 16k, so either of those combinations booked as single nights would only cost 19k + 16k = 35k.
Then it sounds as though the price that it's actually using is 19k/night for all five nights, so 80% of (5x19k) is 76k, rounded in your favour to 75k. Annoying to be paying 1400 more points than if the prices were the same as for single night stays, but the 5th night free is still saving you a decent chunk.
