Last time I flew in the A321 exit row was back when it was located in row 14. There was no window, just the small lookout in the door. I would think its the same with row 16, as I can't imagine the seats would be set back far enough to have a window.

The way the exit door is built is such that the plasticky parts all but swallow the window (porthole, really).
