Air NZ doesn't always offer every fare class through it's online booking engine. An example of which is P class super discounted fares to the US which have appeared regularly in GDS so can be booked via a travel agent or any booking engine with GDS access but haven't appeared on Air NZ's own site.

If the fare is cheaper there is going to be a reason why - it's going to be a different booking class.
