I just did my survey for the Hyatt Rosemont at O'Hare.

The stay was uneventful with no suite upgrade and there is no lounge at the hotel. They give a breakfast voucher, but I had an early flight before breakfast.

So, the WOH benefits as a Glob were only a 30% bump in points.

The last two questions on the survey were:

How satisfied were you with your World of Hyatt membership benefits during your stay at Hyatt Rosemont?
Being a member of World of Hyatt enhanced my stay at Hyatt Rosemont.

The answer to those questions for a stay like this, can't be higher than a 2 or 3 on a 10-point scale.

Without a lounge and without welcome amenity points/snack, WOH did not enhance my stay.

Not that it will likely matter in the long run, but my answers to those questions on the surveys are going to be low when there is no suite upgrade and especially if there is no lounge.
