There already are some pretty big gaps in between flights between Copenhagen and London. An much bigger than there used to be. A few years back, the morning departure and evening return from London was on A321, now it is A320 on all flights. So maintaining capacity is a truth with modifications
If the can't fill the flights, they should not fly them. But it is not a sign of a healthy, or even a recovering, business we are seeing here.
It's a sign of SK failing, as I see it, even as SK is also responding to the circumstances it faces with its LHR routes and otherwise.
The service frequency on SK and BA for me seems to have gotten worse for LON-ARN/CPH/OSL and OSL/CPH/ARN-LON than it used to be a few years ago. I include weekends in my picture as I do these flights intra-day/intra-24 hours for personal purposes too.
It's to be seen how long it ends up being until I have to add the LCCs to my LON-Scandinavia history in a substantial way. Not exactly a fan of using LGW rather than LHR or LCY; and not planning to end up at LTN or STN or whatever else is around SE England.
