Upgrades, flight schedule, Good redemption availability, lounge access (I usually fly Economy or Premium Economy - occasionally 1 long haul Business)

(2) How many miles do you usually fly each year & in what class? How many flights/sectors?
Myself: ~60000 miles (3 long hauls/1 short haul per month)
Parents: ~30000 miles (2 long hauls + 3-4 short hauls)

(3) What types of fares do you usually buy?
Myself: Premium Economy, Economy, Business (for some short hauls and one of the long hauls usually)
Parents: Premium Economy, Economy, Business (for some short hauls and one of the long hauls usually)

(4) Can you choose your airlines and/or class of service? Do you travel for work and/or pleasure?
Myself: Yes - both
Parents: Yes - pleasure

(5) Which routes and airlines do you fly most often?
BA - mostly intra-Europe/HKG-LHR
CX - mostly intra-Asia/HKG-Australia/HKG-North America

(6) What is your home airport?
HKG

(7) Do you have FFP status of any kind in OW or other airline? What is it? Do you have any miles banked in a FFP?
Myself: CX GO and BA Silver
Parents: CX Silver

(8) Preferred Airlines? Most common Airlines flown on?
