Called and transferred to retention. Asked about AF that hit back on Jan 31. Unable to waive fee, but offered downgrade and 5k miles for $1000 spend. Took the 5k mile promo.
I wonder if I should have downgraded, don't need any of the benefits as I have Citi AA Plat.
