Late to the game also, my apologies in advance...... Platinum Medallion > 10 years, rarely see an upgrade to First/Business and I accept this, however, today was beauty.

Just found out today that Delta Airlines now limits the amount of Comfort+ seats on any given flight to Medallions for upgrades. Just purchased a round trip to LAS(ATL --> LAS) and both flights show over 10 Comfort+ seats(including middle) available and I tried moving my seat to no avail. Called Medallion line and was told the policy changed a year ago, used twitter to the same type of response(although, a bit different).

Help me understand why I should remain "LOYAL" to Delta?
