ok, i hate to always be complaining about AS these days, but they keep giving me reasons to! here's the latest fiasco.

on my recent trip to SIN, i booked an extra two segments (through SEA from LAX) on a NW codeshare. i checked twice with mileage plan representatives to make sure these codeshares would count toward the required NW segments for the bonus. otherwise i could have just flown directly from LAX-NRT-SIN. the 2K and 4K bonuses posted fine, but i called today about the 6K and now i'm being told that codeshares do NOT count toward this promotion.

this is just the icing on the cake. how long can AS continue to pull this kind of crap with its most loyal customers and expect that loyalty to continue? has anyone else had this problem?
