This is a hypothetical here, but on a flight where a US carrier's plane is in international airspace -- couldn't there be a legal loophole/technicality where they can serve alcohol to minors?
Aircraft in the U.S. are registered with the FAA -- a federal agency -- but U.S. alcohol laws are codified and enforced at the state level. In this case, how would state laws have jurisdiction over those flights?
