What is the best car rental agency (for automatic transmission cars, and good size trunks) in terms of pricing, service etc - at the Glasgow/Edinburgh airport? Do any of the car rental agencies allow a free drop-off at the other Scottish airport, if it is picked up from the first one?

Is there a charge for an extra spouse or non-spouse driver?

Is a Canadian driving license okay, or does one need a international driving license?
