I rate it real (9-10 for far above averge, 7-8 for ral good, 6 for OK and below for failing) and get responses.
Standard NPS metrics whether it's Hyatt, SPG, an airline or a car manufacturer.
0-6 are detractors and will actively tell people to avoid the brand.
7-8 are passive and are unlikely to recommend the brand.
9-10 are promoters who will recommend the brand.
Thus anything 8 or less is a fail.
