I noted dissatisfaction with the new toiletries in a recent post-stay survey, got a note back from the director of rooms (who I know anyway) apologising and saying that generally they had been well-received. In any case, on my next stay (just last week) housekeeping arrived in the room shortly after checkin to replace the new toiletries with the old brand, which they still use in the suites.
