It looks better than the rest of the hotel... but to be frank, I don't remember well the decoration scheme...so I surmise that it was average. The view over the vast expanse of the city was impressive from the 31st floor.
I do remember both concierges going out of their way to help me plan a tour of the city and find transportation to GRU. Very good service.
