Crustacen is very upscale, and I find it a tad pretentious (this coming for a long time fan of their SFO location). Very, very good food, pricey, and I have heard complaints about unever service. But, I have to admit, I enjoy the decor and the koi stream that flows through the restaurant is amazing.
