Fear not! You may have just had an older aircraft (e.g. 773) where there is an older version of ICE with a smaller catalog of content, including no box sets (just 3-4 episodes).

They have upgraded some of the older 77W (A6-EB*), however, to the full ICE catalog (along with Live TV and Wifi). Those screens are not touch-sensitive, which makes the interface a big more clunky because that's what it's designed for.
