I did this a few weeks ago. When you go up the stairs or take the elevator up, right is Admirals Club for J and left is IFCL for F. There was still a lot of construction work when I was there so this may have changed. I believe the policy is IFCL F for CX F/OWE and AC for CX J/OWS as the IFCL was quite empty.

If you have baggage, assuming that it was tagged to your final destination and you have onward boarding pass, you will need to go through immigration after a long walk (25 mins), then wait at the belt and collect then drop off baggage at the small counter just before exiting security (it is quite clearly marked and staffed by AA) (15 mins). There is a separate luggage belt behind this counter, you cannot miss it. After you exit, you need to turn around and take the elevator up to the departures level. Exit the elevator, do a u-turn and head to security (20 mins). I did not have Pre-Check, which was much faster.

In total I was in the lounge around within an hour of leaving the aircraft but I was faster through US immigration due to passport and was also first off the plane in F. If non-US/CAN passport suggest add 15 minutes.
