Crustacean is excellent. They're specialty is their garlic noodles. Also pricey, but worth the splurge.

I've heard great things about Mr. Chow, but I've never eaten there.

My favorite weekend brunching spot in LA is La Conversacion in West Hollywood (Doheny, just north of Santa Monica Blvd).
