To rephrase more accurately, if you no-show a segment, they will cancel the rest of your itinerary from that point onward. You should still get credit for anything you've flown up until that point.
These sorts of discussions usually include warnings that the T&C of FF programs forbid this as an intentional practice. OTOH it seems like if you don't abuse it they don't really take any other action (besides what's stated above). But YMMV.
