Visited 25 last week and staff was neutral as usual , definitely not unfriendly and they usually welcome you to the lounge while stating your last name.
While the lounge desk staff is KLM staff, here AKA as Lounge dragons... other staff is more like sodexo staff i would say.
Perhaps any of us should ask during a next visit any of the possible affected staff
At the end of the show there are 32 jobs affected . Dragon or not
Aditionally i think KLM also replaces sometimes staff eg cabin staff to assist while they are not able to fly for example if pregnant /illness etc
