Looking to book a 5 night stay for next January, we are Diamond right now but being downgraded to Gold on April 1.

1) What are the breakfast benefits here for Gold, and does it include all room members (we have 2 kids).
2) If I understand this correct, if I have a car, I'm going to have to pay $35 for parking plus another $35 in resort fees, so $70 a day? Seems super high, is that correct? Any way around this?
