To me, the term hospitality agents would mean the people who prepare and set out the food and also remove the dirty dishes.
BTW, are the people who clean the lounges at AMS, including especially showers and bathrooms, KLM employees or are they already outsourced? If not, they would seem to also be prime candidates for outsourcing.
