You should be able to check-in for all flights on ba.com 24hrs before YVR-LHR. Be careful, though, as you may only get one chance.

If you are unable to check-in for all flights (MAD-EAS most likely) on ba.com then try iberia.com the day before that flight.

None of this affects rebooking.
