If the average night is free, 92k * 0.8 is 73.6k.
But Hilton is asking for 75k for the stay. Where does 75k come from?

From the terms and conditions:
Point value of the free night is based on the average nightly Point value during the stay calculated by dividing the total Point value of all nights by the number of nights in the stay.
The FAQs explain the math:

And also include this:
◾In some instances, the 5th Night Free discount percentage may be rounded. In those cases, the percentage will be rounded to the benefit of the member.
Are your sure all of the room nights you are looking at are for the same room types? Is any of the pricing changing if you book more than one night?
